I will always respond to confirm receipt of your transcript. If you do not receive an email confirmation the same day you send it, please call or text me at 619.713.9595.
Default turnaround time is 72 hours. Please specify if you will need your job back sooner.
Invoices are sent twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, and are due within two weeks. A fee of 10% will be applied to late payments. A friendly reminder will be sent three days prior to the due date.
I work with reporters anywhere in the U.S. and Canada, although my home base is on the West Coast.
